ROM gets name-checked too, a few paragraphs before the Wraiths. I've scoured every Handbook-type publication (except A to Z hardbacks, the stack of which I got for Christmas is awaiting perusal) for ROM/Wraith mentions and your find is one that I had missed, so it's yet another beautiful meshing of our research. By the way, I've already had all the alien races you've posted, and I knew about all the Contest of Champions bits. CoC #2's proto-Handbook entry's error of "Clairton, Virginia" (an unfortunate mistake also made in ROM's profile for OHOTMU v2 #11 then uncorrected when reused in TPB vol. 6 and Gamer's Handbook of the Marvel Universe vol. MU3...yeesh!) burns this West Virginian up every time I see it.Gary Martin, Jr.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11385338936431036524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2178894507761299440.post-69915879788621888922013-01-06T15:22:38.922-08:002013-01-06T15:22:38.922-08:00yeah all the stuff coming out in the mid and late ...yeah all the stuff coming out in the mid and late 90s that was Rom related like the last issues of the New Warriors and X-Man#31 were still using Rom's likeness and name. but you see with issue #3 of Universe X (2000), Captain Marvel #6 (2001) and the Spaceknights (2000) mini-series how that all changed with the obvious restrictions that set in.

just a general note to everyone out there i just made some sweet finds today i'll be posting soon.Shlomo Ben Hungstienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07238927958290618109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2178894507761299440.post-50208550335350803172013-01-06T13:57:07.475-08:002013-01-06T13:57:07.475-08:00In 2000?
